Vegetarian Moussaka

Eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato purée, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, whole italian tomatoes, vegetable stock, sherry wine, vodka, sea salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, italian herb seasoning, onion, garlic, ricotta, organic flour, Earth Balance, grapeseed oil, 2% milk, nutmeg, mozarella, and parmeggiano reggiano. 


Spicy Tomato Penne


Penne rigatoni, tomato purée, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, whole plum tomatoes, garlic, onion, sherry wine, vodka, sea salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, italian herb seasoning, canola oil, vegetable stock, bread crumbs, mozarella, butter, and parmeggiano reggiano.


Cannelloni Ménage à Trois

Tomato sauce: tomato purée, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, whole italian tomatoes, sherry wine, vodka, vegetable stock, onion, garlic, italian herb seasoning, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and pepper.

Filling #1: sweet potatoes, butternut squash, onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, vegetable stock, pepper, sea salt, brown sugar, ricotta cheese, and an egg yolk.

Filling #2: ricotta cheese, egg yolk, mozarella cheese, parmeggiano reggiano, parsley, sea salt, and pepper.

Filling #3: mushrooms sautéed in butter, spinach, garlic, onion, sea salt, pepper, egg yolk, ricotta, parmeggiano reggiano, nutmeg.

Béchamel sauce: organic flour, Earth Balance, grapeseed oil, 2% milk, nutmeg, sea salt, and pepper.

Catering

Hello world and those who love food!

I am going to be using this blog as a hub for my fledgling catering company. So far, there isn't much on the blog, but stay tuned!

I'm not as computer savvy as my brother but I sure do make a heck of a lasagne and that's what this blog is about: me and food.
