My Favourite Meat Sauce

Extra lean ground beef, tomato purée, tomato paste, red wine, beef stock, water, onion, garlic, mushrooms sautéed in butter, sea salt, and pepper.

Savoury Cranberry Sauce

Fresh cranberries, water, brown sugar, rosemary, prosciutto, sea salt, and pepper.


(No) Cream of broccoli soup

Broccoli, onion, garlic, homemade chicken stock, onion water, cashew purée, grana podana cheese, sea salt, and pepper.
